How to Use Blue Mushroom

Give to Karatom in the Gestral Village

Expedition 33 - Karatom

You can give the blue Mushroom to Karatom in the Gestral Village. After you give the mushroom, Karatom will ask Gustave to fight his invention, the Ultimate Sakapatate.

You will receive 3 Polished Chroma Catalysts and an outfit for Gustave, the Pure Outfit, if Gustave defeats the Ultimate Sakapatate. You will only have Gustave in your party for the battle.

Not Available After Act 1

You must give the blue Mushroom to Karatom before you finish Act 1 of the Main Story. After Act 1, the quest can no longer be completed even if you obtained the Mushroom.

Where to Get Blue Mushroom

At Esquie's Nest

Expedition 33 - Mushroom at Esquiel

You can get the blue Mushroom at Esquie's Nest. You will find the mushroom at the bottom of the cave, near the area with gigantic lanterns.

You will find the Blue Mushroom surrounded by glowing mushrooms. You will also see a Mime near the area.
