You can pick up Resplendent Chroma Catalysts while exploring Visages, Sirene, The Monolith, and Crimson Forest. Resplendent Chroma Catalysts and other Tints have a purple glow.
How to Use Resplendent Chroma Catalyst
Used to Upgrade Weapons
You can use Resplendent Chroma Catalysts to upgrade the weapons of your playable characters to level 19. You will need to unlock the Curator in your Camp to use this feature.
After unlocking the Curator in your Camp, you can interact with him and select Upgrade Weapons. Starting Act 3, you can interact with Expedition Flags to upgrade your weapons.
