Seething Boucheclier Location
Located in the Visages Anger Vale
The Seething Boucheclier is summoned by the large mask at the end of the Anger Vale, which is a sub-location in the Visages area. To reach the Anger Vale, follow the path near Blooraga that includes climbing down a wall.
Upon interacting with the Anger Mask, respond to its question with Anger to have a short cutscene playout, wherein it summons the Seething Boucheclier to fight.

How to Beat Seething Boucheclier
Seething Boucheclier Plays Twice
The Anger Mask that summons the Seething Boucheclier will provide extra turns to the boss, allowing it to play again. This means that the boss can output more damage than you may be prepared for, so play cautiously.
Counters When Hitting Its Allies
The Seething Boucheclier is accompanied by a Chapelier and a Moissoneuse. While it is a good idea to take these two out first, note that the Seething Boucheclier will counter attacks made against them if it is in the Counter state.
Force the Seething Boucheclier out of this Counter mode by doing enough damage to it, or be prepared to respond to the Boucheclier counterattack.
Use Fire or Dark Damage
To make the fight easier, exploit the Seething Bouchelier's weakness to both the Fire and Dark elements. Characters that specialize in this element, like Maelle or Sciel, will excel at taking this boss down.

Counterattack
Seething Boucheclier counterattacks. This move is only used if it previously prepared itself to Counterattack, and if you hit one if its allied Nevrons.
To evade, wait for the shield to pulse twice, then dodge shortly after the second pulse goes off.
