Located in Sirene
The Chromatic Greatsword Cultist is found in the Sirene area. From the Dancing Classes sub-area, move towards the statue then enter the left chamber.
Jump down the gap and head down the stairs to find a Paint Cage and a dancer platform. Take the platform to the area with the Chromatic Greatsword Cultist.

You will also find the Chromatic Greatsword Cultist inside the Endless Tower as the notable enemy for Stage 5, Trial 2.
How to Beat Chromatic Greatsword Cultist
Have Shield Removal or Ignoring Skills
The Chromatic Greatsword Cultist will constantly apply shields to herself over the fight, negating several attacks before you can actually reach her HP bar.
To counteract this, remove them with abilities like Maelle's Breaking Rules, or ignore them with skills like Monoco's Chevaliere Piercing.
Use Dark Element Attacks
Once you're able to damage her HP bar, use her weakness to the Dark Element to quickly burst her down before her shields come back up. Sciel is excellent for this as she specializes in the Dark Element with her skills.

Chromatic Greatsword Cultist Attack Patterns
Blood-Covered Sword
Chromatic Greatsword Cultist covers her sword in blood, using it to attack the party 6 times. Parry the first two attacks right as they start swinging into the party, then Jump Evade the third hit.
Follow a similar timing for the next three hits, except you will have to parry the sixth attack instead of Jump Evading.
