The Endless Night Sanctuary is located at the center of the world map and is only accessible after unlocking Esquie's flying ability at the start of Act 3.

The entrance is on a floating island with a bright whale flying around it, and is located north east of the Stone Wave Cliffs.

Go through the conversation until you reach the end, where you will receive the Lumiere Outfit.
