Chromatic Chalier Location
Sinister Cave
The Chromatic Chalier is located at the terminus of Sinister Cave. From the cave's entrance there will be a left and right road fork. Go to the right road fork and keep pressing rightwards until you reach some grapple points.
Move past the grapple points and you will hear the Chromatic Chalier nearby. This Nevron glows and is the only enemy in this cave.

You will also find the Chromatic Chalier inside the Endless Tower as the notable enemy for Stage 10, Trial 3.
How to Beat Chromatic Chalier
Exploit Light Weakness
The Chromatic Chalier is weak to Light damage. Verso takes advantage of his Light-focused kit against this boss really well. Moves such as Purification and Phantom Stars will aid in taking down the boss quick.
Do note as well that the Chromatic Chalier has resistance to Dark damage which may make the fight more difficult for the player if used.
Use Move Turn Advantage
This boss is slower than usual boss fights, meaning the player has more chances and opportunities to setup damage against it. Mount up high damage strikes to prevent the fight from prolonging.
Look into upgrading Speed as well, as it will help with making turn orders faster in favor of the player.
Parry and Counter
Like with all boss fights in the game, one of the easiest ways to end the fight quickly is to parry and counter enemy attacks.
For the Chromatic Chalier with only three movesets, their fight is easier to remember and master, so take advantage of counterattacks when facing this boss.
