Should You Pour In Chroma into the Odd-Looking Fountain?
Spend 90,000 Chroma to Reveal an NPC
You will be asked to spend Chroma up to four times into the odd-looking fountain, with increasing amounts, all adding up to 90,000 Chroma.

We Recommend Spending the Chroma
We recommend spending all 90,000 Chroma to reveal Benisseur, as it is related to the questline of another Nevron called Blanche, who you meet in The Fountain.
Red Woods Bosses
Benisseur
Benisseur is a boss you can fight in the Red Woods. After spending a total of 90,000 Chroma in the odd-looking fountain, an NPC called Benisseur will appear. You can fight and kill him for extra rewards, if you want to.
Survive Until Benisseur Dies
Benisseur is a gimmick boss who cannot be damaged. The only way to defeat this boss is to survive his onslaught of attacks until he dies of exhaustion, so make sure your parry and dodge skills are up to snuff.
Killing Benisseur Will Have Consequences
Warning: Non-story spoilers ahead. If you kill Benisseur, this will affect the questline of an NPC called Blanche found in The Fountain. Killing friendly Nevrons will anger Blanche, while sparing them will reward you with x100 Colour of Lumina, a fine reward for a pacifist.
