The other Shape of Life is found inside a hidden room in The Manor. From the Expedition Flag, go to the second floor and find a large portrait on the left hallway. Jump through it to discover a hidden room where you can find the Revive Tint upgrade.

You can use the Shape of Life to upgrade the Revive Tint. You need to talk to the Curator at your Camp, and click Upgrade Expedition Resources.

Starting Act 3, you can upgrade any expedition resource by interacting with Expedition Flags.
