Dualliste can be fought in the Forgotten Battlefield, located at the northernmost section of the Continent. You’ll need Esquie’s swimming ability to access it.

You will also find Dualliste inside the Flying Manor as one of the four bosses that you need to beat to unlock the Flying Manor's final boss.
Take note that Dualliste will have both swords drawn at the start of the fight.

You will also find the Dualliste inside the Endless Tower as the notable enemy for Stage 1, Trial 3 and Stage 11, Trial 1.
Similar to the Flying Manor, Dualliste will have both swords drawn at the start of the fight.
Endless Tower Guide

Dualliste has a combo that requires you to jump mid-attack, breaking your parry counter if you don’t avoid it. This move comes right after the prompt that Dualliste performs a swiping combo, so make sure to jump on the second attack to parry and counter successfully.
This is the only move you need to keep an eye on, as everything else can be parried easily.

Another move to watch out for is the burst AoE attack. While it can be parried and countered as a team, getting hit by it can stun anyone. To avoid getting stunned, simply dodge right before Dualliste plants his sword on the ground.
In the second phase, Dualliste follows up with another attack right after the first wave, but you can dodge or parry it immediately too!

Avoid using Fire and Dark attacks in both phases. The only effective elemental damage against Dualliste is Light, making Lune a great staple to the team, especially if she charges Light Stains. Otherwise, stick to physical damage if you don’t have access to Light skills.

Sometime in the middle of the second phase, Dualliste will inflict Inverted on the party. This status condition prevents healing, making it a need to conserve HP before it hits. In addition, healing will cause damage instead, so it’s best to stay on the offensive as much as possible.
If you took damage beforehand, have at least one member stay on the defensive, especially if the others don’t have any means of surviving aside from parrying and dodging. Maelle, for example, can take a defensive stance during these turns and let the other members attack.
Chroma Elixirs can help remove the Inverted status effect. If you're in a pinch and can't afford to tank it, use one first before healing again.
Skills and Pictos that provide Regen also get converted to damage when you're inflicted with Inverted. Avoid using these to prevent taking extra damage from the status effect.
Skills to specifically avoid are Lune's Revitalization and Monoco's Pelerin Heal. For Pictos, avoid equipping Auto Regen and Rejuvenating Revive since both provide Regen.

In the second phase, the fight ends immediately once Dualliste's HP drops low enough. If you manage to bring him down to around 25%, go on the offensive to finish the battle quickly.

You mention Lune being good for Light damage. She doesn't have access to any Light skills, only "Light Stains". Vorso is the one you probably meant.
