Respec Attributes and Skill Points in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 by finding an Expedition Flag and using a Recoat. Learn how to Respec Attributes and Skill Points in this guide, as well as the requirements needed to do so.

How to Respec Attributes
Find an Expedition Flag
To respec attributes, look for any nearby Expedition Flag and interact with it. From there, select Upgrade Attributes to open the screen where you can reassign your points.
Press Reset Attributes
Once you're in the Attributes screen, select the character whose attributes you want to respec. Press Reset Attributes to reset everything back to zero. Once done, feel free to assign the points however you like, or if you're following a certain build, assign them accordingly.
Keep in mind that this requires a Recoat, which you can get as early as the prologue by speaking to Nicholas the Painter, sold by various Gestral Merchants throughout the game, dropped by enemies and bosses, or collected as loot while exploring.

How to Respec Skill Points
Find an Expedition Flag
Similar to attributes, you can respec skills by finding an Expedition Flag. This time, select Learn Skills to access the skills screen.
Press Consume to Reset
Check the top portion of the screen and press Consume to Reset Tree. This will lock the skill tree again for your chosen character while granting you all the available points. You can then use these points to unlock the skills you prefer.
Like attributes, this also uses Recoats, so make sure you have enough to respec your skill points.
