Charging Alteration is located in the lamp master area via some grappling points to an old expedition area
There are a bunch of stuff on this page that not listed. I found roughly 5 new pictos that aren't listed and the mobs specified to drop certain things can be found in other parts of the map as well.
Powerful Mark is also missing from the list. you get it here.
