A lot of people clearly haven't invested in Monoco or Sciel according to those votes. Maelle's obviously a monster, but if you invest in Monoco and learn how Sciel works, they're insane.

I completely disagree with Sciel being B tier. If you know how how to optimise her correctly and give her enough crit rate, her damage ceiling is insane with her multi skill attacks. But hey, each to their own.
