Guns Blazing Rewards

Playing as Vex, complete the Guns Blazing story mission to unlock the VH-1988 skin. Claim it by opening the reward chest for the mission through the Rewards button found in your Inventory tab.

The VH-1988 Head is tagged as Prison Cut in the chest reward, which is the common name of this cosmetic variety across all vault hunters.
