During Pokemon Sleep's First Anniversary Fest, you can get a Grass-Type Candy S from the dailly Dream Gift. The Dream Gift is only available for the two weeks of the event, and the item you get from it is randomly selected from a pool of 14 claimable items each day.

As long as you claim your Dream Gift every day for those two weeks, you are guaranteed to get a Grass-Type Candy S.
