Scorchstone is a Mining resource node that requires the Pickaxe to harvest. With the tool equipped, walk up to the resource node and press the E key to gather and add it to your inventory.
Scorchstone Locations
Scorchstone appears to have red pieces of Scorchstone floating over a rocky base. This resource node spews fire when you come near it.
Scorchstone can be found scattered around Windsward and Monarch's Bluff in grassy areas.

Windsward Scorchstone Locations
In Windsward, Scorchstone nodes are scattered around, and found in grassy areas west and northwest of the Settlement, as well as east of Noblereach.
Monarch's Bluff Scorchstone Locations
Head southeast to areas within Moonshade to find Scorchstone nodes out in open fields.
Brightwood Scorchstone Locations
There are only three locations in Brightwood where Scorchstone can be harvested. We recommend the area near Fort Alazar as it is close to the region's settlement and its enemies can be easily avoided.
Cutlass Keys Scorchstone Locations
There will be a lot of Scorchstones to farm in Cutlass Keys and they spawn in one general area in the central island. A few are available outside the walls of Fort Ramos and a lot of Scorchstone will line the rocks to the south of the Rusty Spoon Camp. Do exercise caution when farming as Corrupted and Island Leopards patrol these areas.
Restless Shore Scorchstone Locations
You can find plent of Scorchstones scattered throughout the Restless Shores. The best location for mining the resource nodes is the northern area near the border of Mourningdale. Be sure to unlock the Shrine of Sisyphos to access a fast travel point from the area to the settlement.
Great Cleave Scorchstone Locations
Scorchstones will usually only spawn by themselves in Great Cleave. Hollowing Fort and Nullcavity will have two Scorchstone nodes each, and the rest of the single marked areas will have only one.
To farm a lot of Scorchstone, players will have to brave either Balebane Maw or Svikin's Stand. Both are level 60 elite areas and will require a group to explore safely.
