The Chromatic Ramasseur is located in the Sadness Vale of the Visages area. Right before reaching the end of the vale, where the Sadness Mask is, turn left when a path west appears. Follow it to find this optional boss.

How to Beat Chromatic Ramasseur
Boss Will Keep Attacking
When it takes its turn, the Chromatic Ramasseur will keep attacking, using a combo with a Nevron Arm, and a mortal hit. You will not be able to take a turn during this period unless you counter his attacks.
Avoid the Mortal Hit
The mortal hit will kill if it lands, so be sure to dodge the attack. You may opt to parry it, but the very small window for parries makes it very risky. Dodge instead as the timing is easier.
Parrying is Key
To win, aim to parry all the Nevron Arm attacks to continuously weaken the boss. Eventually, its Break bar will fill, stunning it and opening a window for you to attack directly. Go for as much damage as you can in this time.
