"Cross Chop" Salad is one of the new recipes added in Version 2.0.0 with the introduction of the Old Gold Power Plant, though you can make this dish before unlocking the new area or getting the new Pokemon.

All of the new Old Gold Power Plant recipes apart from this one are believed to require Rousing Coffee as one of their ingredients, which can be obtained by the newly introduced Pokemon in the Old Gold Power Plant area.
