Pokemon with Brave Nature are able to help and contribute faster in your research if you set them as one of your Helper Pokemon thanks to their Speed of help stat being increased.

Pokemon May Be Slow to Gain Levels

Since EXP Gains is the decreased stat, Pokemon with Brave Nature will receive less EXP from sleep sessions and from Candies compared to other Pokemon. You may notice your Pokemon with this Nature struggling to keep up with the levels of your other Pokemon.

Pokemon with decreased EXP Gains receive around 82% of the expected EXP for sleep sessions.
