Relaxed is one of the Natures Pokemon can have in Pokemon Sleep. Read on to learn which stats are increased and decreased for this Nature, and how to effectively use Pokemon with this kind of Nature!
Relaxed | |
Increased Stat | Energy recovery |
---|---|
Decreased Stat | EXP gains |
Pokemon with Relaxed Nature are able to recover energy faster than other Pokemon, which allows them to be ready for more time in the field faster than other Pokemon. This affects energy gained from sleep sessions, items, and Energy-recovering Skills.
If you have a team of Helper Pokemon with increased energy recovery, you can have shorter sleep sessions midday as your Pokemon will be energized quickly and be ready for fieldwork!
Pokemon with increased Energy Recovery also recover more from sleep sessions even while in the Box (about 6% instead of the usual 5%).
Since EXP Gains is the decreased stat, Pokemon with Relaxed Nature will receive less EXP from sleep sessions and from Candies compared to other Pokemon. You may notice your Pokemon with this Nature struggling to keep up with the levels of your other Pokemon.
Pokemon with decreased EXP Gains receive around 82% of the expected EXP for sleep sessions.
- EXP Nature | Neutral Nature | + EXP Nature |
---|---|---|
21 | 25 | 30 |
The amount of EXP gained from using Pokemon Candy and Dream Shards when trying to level up your Pokemon will change depending on your Pokemon's Nature.
