List of Crafting Stations
There are various Crafting Stations in New World to choose from, each with its own equipment specialization. These stations can produce improved gear of all kinds. These are vital for increasing your character's stats and skills related to crafting.

Forge
The Forge is the primary area for crafting equipment like weapons and armor.
Using this station increases your Weaponsmithing, Armoring, and Engineering.

Workshop
The Workshop lets you craft furniture for your homes, along with necessary tools like Axes or Sickles to aid you while traveling Aeternum.
This station increases your Engineering and Furnishing.

Outfitting Station
The Outfitting Station is focused on crafting wearable items, such as gear sets, rings, and bags.
This station increases your Armoring and Jewelcrafting.

Arcane Repository
The Arcane Repository is where you can craft Magical Weapons such as the Fire Staff and Life Staff. You can also create all kinds of potions here, so be sure to take advantage of this, especially for Healing and Mana.
Your Arcana increases when this is used.

Kitchen
The Kitchen is where you can cook up food that can heal you or act as bait for animals in the wild.
Your Cooking increases when you use this.

List of Refining Stations
Along with Crafting Stations, you will also be able to find Refining Stations in Settlements. The two work hand in hand since these stations are where you can process raw materials into crafting components.

Smelter
The Smelter is for turning items gathered from the around world into useable materials for crafting weapons and gear. For example, ore can be turned into ingots.
This increases your Smelting.

Woodshop
The Woodshop is, as the name implies, used for turning wood into material such as timber. These are particularly useful in the Workshop.
This increases your Woodworking.

Loom
The Loom is where you can create cloth materials. These are primarily used when crafting in the Outfitting Station.
This increases your Weaving.

The Tannery is where you bring skin taken from animals you've hunted. The material taken from this station can be used for creating things like armor or even furniture.
This increases your Leatherworking.

The Stonecutting Table is used to create gems that you can slot into Gem Sockets. These further improve the gear you already have equipped.
