You can get Super Slam after reaching Lv. 8.

Have Strength 6

To get Super Slam, you also need to have Strength 6.

You can increase a SPECIAL stat by getting the Intense Training Perk once you reach Level 2 or by buying an implant from Dr. Usanagi.

Have Melee Weapons 45

Make sure you also have Melee Weapons 45 in order to obtain Super Slam.

You can increase your skills using Skill Books or by equipping certain armor.

Melee and Unarmed Attacks Have a Chance to Knock Down Enemies

Having Super Slam as a perk lets your melee (except thrown) and unarmed attacks have a chance of knocking your target down. 15% for Unarmed or one-handed melee, and 30% for two-handed melee.
