How to Unlock Ant Misbehavin’

Unlock Volare! Side Quest and Talk to Raquel

Nellis Air Force Base

Ant Misbehavin' is one of the side quests associated with and unlocked through the Volare! side quest. After talking with Pearl, follow the quest markers in your compass to look for Raquel within the Nellis Air Force Base. Once you find her, interact with Raquel to unlock this side quest.

The Volare side quest can be unlocked by visiting the Nellis Air Force Base.

Ant Misbehavin’ Walkthrough

Objectives
1 Speak to Loyal (Optional)
2 Kill the Ants in the Generator Room
3 Restart the Array Generators and Main Power Breaker

Speak to Loyal (Optional)

Fallout New Vegas - Loyal Checks

If you have 50 Speech or Science, you can speak to Loyal first and he will hand you a device that can instantly kill all the ants in the facility.

Kill the Ants in the Generator Room

Fallout New Vegas - Place Sonic Emitter

Head to the array generators. If you were able to acquire the Sonic Emitter from Loyal, find the spot in the area where you can mount it and activate it to instantly kill all the ants in the area. Otherwise, you can kill them as normal.

Restart the Array Generators and Main Power Breaker

Fallout New Vegas - Restart Arrays

After clearing the ants, follow the compass markers to restart the generators and breaker. Return to Raquel after completing the quest.
