A Decent Damage Boost for Level 2

Given that most enemies in Fallout New Vegas are males, the 10% damage boost is applied to most enemies in the game. This effect also takes effect on some of the bosses in the game, such as Lanius and Ulysses, making it a little easier to beat them.

However, only take Black Widow if you want to roleplay and have the leeway to pass on some of the better Level 2 perks, such as Rapid Reload!
