Only Good With Non-Crit Melee Builds

Planning to do a melee build that does not revolve around criticals? Heavy Handed is a must since it gives 20% more damage to melee weapons! However, Heavy Handed is slotted in B-tier since this trait limits the build potential of an already limited weapon category in melee builds.
