Is Bloody Mess Worth It?

Optional Damage Perk

While Bloody Mess sounds promising with a flat-out 5% damage boost, it can quickly turn insignificant when compared to other gun-specific damage perks such as Shotgun Surgeon.

Unless you are a fan of enemies exploding into a bloody paste, only take this perk if you have nothing better to get for your build and need a damage boost during Level 6!

How to Get Bloody Mess Perk

Reach Lv. 6

You can get Bloody Mess after reaching Lv. 6.

Leveling up quickly can be done by exploiting the Goodsprings side quest, getting the “Well Rested” bonus, and doing other side quests among others.
