Install Override Chip at El Dorado Power Plant

Fallout New Vegas - El Dorado Power Plant

Head to the El Dorado Power Plant and interact with a terminal inside to install the override module provided by Mr. House. The area will be heavily guarded by NCR units who will become hostile if you don't have a good reputation with them.

Report Back to Mr. House

Fallout New Vegas - Report Back to Mr House

Return to Mr. House to report that the module has been installed. Mr. House will then ask if you're ready to go to the dam to initiate the final quest of the game, All or Nothing.
