Best Level 2 Perk Overall

With Rapid Reload, you do not need to worry about the lag between firing shots during gunfights. While it is a simple perk, Rapid Reloads increases your damage by letting you dish out more bullets, making it the best perk to take when reaching level 2!

The only time you should not be taking Rapid Reload is when you are planning to rely on melee weapons or explosives instead of guns!

Reach Lv. 2

You can get Rapid Reload after reaching Lv. 2.

To get Rapid Reload, you also need to have Agility 5.
