Head to Captain Curtis's office under the escalator on the opposite side of the building and tell him you've been asked by Colonel Hsu to find the mole. He will then ask you to gather information and talk to other people in the camp. Talk to Lt. Boyd in the room at the top of the escalator to complete this objective and progress the side quest.
From the info provided by Corporal Sterling, you'll need to wait for the time in-game to get to 1:00AM then you can head up the tower in the tarmac behind the terminal building. You can access this area by going through the shutter doors in the first floor. Use the access key Lt. Boyd gives you after talked with her earlier in the quest.
Enter the tower and remain crouched as to not get detected then eavesdrop on Curtis by the stairs to hear him talking on the radio. After hearing him talk about the plan, remain crouched and leave the tower then head to the monorail.
Head back to the terminal building then go up the escalator above Hsu's office. Continue to the room on the left corner to access the monorail. Enter the monorail and interact with the vent on the left side. The skill check for the bomb is at least 35 for Explosives or 45 for Science to defuse the charge.
After defusing the bomb, head back to Colonel Hsu's office and talk to him to complete this side quest.
Head to the the terminal building at Camp McCarran and talk to Colonel Hsu in his office. Ask him how you can help and about the intelligence leaks.
Talk to Captain Curtis and tell him you know who he is. He'll then give you instructions for the next objectives.
Head to the concierge desk outside and walk towards the trash can in the corner. Interact with it and pick up all the items.
Head up the escalator and to the room on the left to get to the monorail. If there are guards in front of the door remember they switch at 0900 and 1800 so let time pass until them.
If the coast is clear, go through the door and enter the monorail. Interact with the vent in the left side of the monorail then step out and watch let the monorail explode.
After letting the monorail explode, head back inside the door and make your way to the concourse. Turn left into the room with the bunk beds then approach the bunk bed in the middle with the footlocker. Interact with the footlocker and place all the items from the trash can inside.
Continue to the room to your right and enter through the doorway. Continue down the slope and enter the door at the bottom. Exit out the room then follow the wall and walk to the right and you should see Pvt. Crenshaw. You can kill him from a distance or you can talk to him before killing him, either way works as long as you kill him.
Head back to Colonel Hsu's room and talk to him to finish the investigation of the intelligence leaks.
Head to Captain Curtis's room and talk to him to complete this quest.
Eavesdropping on Captain Curtis in the tower and defusing the bomb is recommended as this not only gets you the most XP and bottle cap rewards from the NCR route but this also saves the monorail from exploding.
