Defeat the Legendary Deathclaw in its lair, then inspect the body of a fallen Brotherhood of Steel Paladin nearby after the fight to get the Brotherhood T-45d Power Armor.
Make sure you have the Power Armor Training Perk, so you'll be able to equip the Brotherhood T-45d Power Armor.
This perk can be obtained by completing the side quest For Auld Lang Syne and/or Still in the Dark.
