Only for Entomophobics

It is recommended to skip Entomologist as it loses value when facing other enemies. There are much better perks you can get that can define your builds.

However, if you are not fond of bug-type enemies such as the Cazadors, you can take this perk to make their encounters significantly easier.

How to Get Entomologist Perk

Reach Lv. 4

You can get Entomologist after reaching Lv. 4.

Leveling up quickly can be done by exploiting the Goodsprings side quest, getting the “Well Rested” bonus, and doing other side quests among others.

Have Intelligence 4

To get Entomologist, you also need to have Intelligence 4.

You can increase a SPECIAL stat by getting the Intense Training Perk once you reach Level 2 or by buying an implant from Dr. Usanagi.
