How to Unlock Wheel of Fortune

Talk to Logan

You can unlock this quest by talking to Logan in the Searchlight NCR storage at Camp Searchlight.

Talk to Logan

Fallout New Vegas - Talk to Logan

Talk to Logan in the Searchlight NCR storage and after talking to him, access the terminal and talk to him again. He'll tell you to head to Nipton to look for the suits.

Speak to Boxcars in Nipton

Fallout New Vegas - Speak to Boxcars

Head to Nipton and talk to Boxcars and ask him about the suits. After talking to Boxcars, follow your compass to the cave. The cave will have an Average lock so pick the lock then enter the cave and gather all the suits.

Return to Logan

Fallout New Vegas - Return to Logan

After getting the suits, head back to the Searchlight NCR storage and talk to Logan.

Go to the Police Station with Logan

Head to the Police Station with Logan. You will then need to find NCR items. After finding all the items, report back to Logan then head for the Fire Station.

Go to the Fire Station with Logan

Upon entering the Fire Station, there will be a radscorpion queen in the first floor. Ignore it and head straight for the door that leads to the second floor. There is a chance Logan dies from this encounter, ending the quest prematurely and preventing you from completing this quest.

Upon reaching the second floor, you'll need to collect NCR items again. After finding them and reporting back to Logan, he will betray you. Kill him and any of the Prospectors to complete this side quest.
