Cliffside Prospector Camp

Worn by a dead prospector on the other side of the river. The river is located on the easternmost side of the map, near the Cliffside Prospector Camp. Be careful, as the area is crawling with Deathclaws.

Brotherhood of Steel Safehouse

On the shelves in the Brotherhood of Steel bunker in the safehouse.

Requires Power Armor Training Perk

Make sure you have the Power Armor Training Perk, so you'll be able to equip the T-51b Power Helmet.

This perk can be obtained by completing the side quest For Auld Lang Syne and/or Still in the Dark.
