Is Cannibal Worth It?

Too Slow for Practical Use

When looking at its positives, Cannibal is lacking as it only gives +25 HP after eating a corpse at the cost of your Karma. Additionally, Cannibal's animation takes a significant amount of time to complete, meaning you cannot use this in the middle of combat.

Getting the Cannibal perk is only recommended if you plan on roleplaying a cannibal in the Wasteland, playing Hardcore, or purposely trying to lower your Karma!

How to Get Cannibal Perk

Reach Lv. 4

You can get Cannibal after reaching Lv. 4.

Leveling up quickly can be done by exploiting the Goodsprings side quest, getting the “Well Rested” bonus, and doing other side quests among others.
