Four Eyes is the weakest trait in the game since it only provides you with additional points in Perception. When compared to other traits, Four Eyes feels incomplete and lackluster.
Furthermore, if your glasses break during combat, you will lose one Perception, which can get you in a doozy if you are far from the enemy for V.A.T.S.
