How to Unlock We Are Legion

Talk to Dead Sea at Nelson

To begin this quest, you will need to speak with Dead Sea at Nelson. This town is unmarked and only appears on the World Map once you arrive at the area so feel free to consult the map above while finding Nelson.

Fallout New Vegas - Talk to Dead Sea

Look for the town of Nelson and head to the top of the hill overlooking the town then talk to the officer. This will cut to you having a conversation with Dead Sea in one of the cabins. Ask him about how you can help with the stalemate to begin this side quest.

Kill the NCR Officers at Camp Forlorn Hope

Fallout New Vegas - Kill the NCR Officers

Follow your compass and head to Camp Forlorn Hope. Look for the NCR officers in the tents and kill all of them. Once you've killed all the NCR officers, the NCR troopers outside will become hostile and start attacking you so be prepared for a long fight.

We recommend starting with either Dr. Richards or Quartermaster Mayes as they will be alone in their respective tents. Attack the Forlorn Hope Command Center last as this tent consists of Major Polatli, Tech Sergeant Reyes and two NCR troopers.

Talk to Dead Sea

Fallout New Vegas - Talk to Dead Sea again

After killing the NCR Officers, head back to Dead Sea and talk to him to complete this quest.
