The Ballistic fist earns the spot as the best unarmed weapon in Fallout New Vegas. This weapon has the highest base damage of all unarmed weapons, able to kill a Deathclaw with one power attack during Sneak!

The Pushy has lower base damage than the Ballistic fist, but is still a remarkable weapon to use. It ragdolls enemies when they die from this weapon's hit, which makes punching your way through enemies entertaining.
