Is Fortune Finder Worth It?

Useful for Beginners

If you do not know how to get a surplus of caps, Fortune Finder can be a helpful perk since it gives you a 10% chance to find around 100 caps in any container.

However, caps will rarely be an issue in the Wasteland, so it can be a waste of a perk slot if you get Fortune Finder!

Reach Lv. 6

You can get Fortune Finder after reaching Lv. 6.

Leveling up quickly can be done by exploiting the Goodsprings side quest, getting the “Well Rested” bonus, and doing other side quests among others.

To get Fortune Finder, you also need to have Luck 5.

You can increase a SPECIAL stat by getting the Intense Training Perk once you reach Level 2 or by buying an implant from Dr. Usanagi.
