Faded Trench Coat can be modded with Ballistic Weave to add physical and energy resistances to the outfit. Ballistic Weave mods can be unlocked by joining the Railroad faction and talking to Tinker Tom. Requires the Armorer Perk to mod outfits at the armor workbench.
