The Saug SMG is a dangerous force to deal with at close-range encounters due to its high fire rate on par with the Kompakt 92 with Rapid Fire and Akimbo (dual-wield) capability.
To max out the firepower potential of the Saug, we go with the Akimbo Saug and Rapid Fire Fire Mod. Everything else will be dedicated towards refining handling; Short Barrel and CQB Grip for improved Sprint-to-Fire, Dive-to-Fire, Jump-to-Fire, and Slide-to-Fire Speeds, then Steady Aim Laser for significantly less omnimovement hipfire spread.
To sustain its high fire rate for more kill potential on multiple groups, equip Extended Mag II. Finally, equip a Suppressor to hide yourself from the minimap as you mow down enemies at close range.

The Saug SMG is best supported with a loadout making use of Enforcer perks, the most important among them being Dexterity to reduce excess gun motion on omnimovement such as slides, dives, and jumps.
Have an Impact Grenade for an instant lethal AoE option, Stim Shot for quick heals and longer tactical sprints, and War Cry for improvement speed and health regeneration for your team.
To unlock the Saug, players will have to earn 250,000 XP in any game mode. This is an Armory Challenge and it must first be activated by going to Barracks > Challenges and then select the Saug challenge.
