Change Your Xbox Location to New Zealand
To play Black Ops 6 early, you will first need to change your Xbox location to New Zealand via the System tab in your console's Settings menu.

Set Your Activision Account Location to New Zealand
Next, you will need to log-in to your Activision Account and change your address there to New Zealand. The account should be the one you used to access the Call of Duty HQ in your Xbox (and the one that purchased Black Ops 6).
