This a guide to the best Field Upgrades for Zombies mode in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 (BO6). See a ranking of the best Field Upgrades to use in Zombies mode!
List of Contents
Rank | Field Upgrade |
---|---|
1 | Healing Aura (Instantly Revive and Heal Teammates) |
2 | Frenzied Guard (Fully Repairs Armor) |
3 | Aether Shroud (Makes You Invisible and Untargetable) |
4 | Dark Flare (Penetrates Through Zombies) |
5 | Energy Mine (Deals Damage Within its Radius) |
Healing Aura is the best Field Upgrade in Zombies due to its ability to instantly revive nearby downed teammates, as well as completely restore the health of your team, including yours. This is particularly useful when there are several hordes of zombies and it isn't possible to get to your downed teammates to lend them a helping hand.
The only flaw to the Healing Aura is that you'll need to be within range of your teammates, otherwise it won't heal or revive them. Nevertheless, this field upgrade can still definitely save your team last-minute during dangerous situations.
How to Get Healing Aura Field Upgrade
Frenzied Guard is a really powerful Field Upgrade, especially for solo players, as it fully repairs armor when activated. While its active, it also forces zombies to go after you so you may get your armor damaged again. On the plus side, you get a portion of your armor repaired each time you kill a zombie during its duration.
How to Get Frenzied Guard Field Upgrade
The Aether Shroud renders you invisible from zombies and makes you immune from harm while active. This can definitely save you from dying at very last moment especially if you find yourself cornered and have your back against the wall.
How to Get Aether Shroud Field Upgrade
The Dark Flare disintegrates all zombies in a single line with its laser beam. While it is still better to use your weapon to mow hordes down, the Dark Flare can be used as a last resort if ever you run out of ammo.
How to Get Dark Flare Field Upgrade
Energy Mine is at the bottom of our list due to the fact that its detonation time is a bit slow and will only damage a few zombies within its area of effect. It is the first Field Upgrade that is available to use, however, it may be wise to switch to more powerful field upgrades later on once you unlock them.
However, if equipped with the Carousel Augment, the Energy Mine may be better than the Dark Flare, since the Carousel augment protects you with three energy mines that detonates zombies once they go near you. Something that is definitely useful for long-term survival.
