The upstairs safe inside the KGB safehouse in the Black Ops 6 (BO6) Campaign will reward players with a Weapon Blueprint, cash, and an achievement when opened. Read on to see a list of all safe code solutions and learn how to crack the code of the safehouse safe, how to find it, and the rewards you get for opening it.

During the mission The Rook: Arrival, you'll enter a KGB Safehouse in Bulgaria with a locked safe in its 2nd floor. The code used to open this Safe changes depending on the recording you get during the final Safehouse puzzle.
After further testing, the Game8 team confirmed that you cannot open the safe before solving all the puzzles even if you knew the correct code beforehand. However, once you do get your recording, you can use the phrases below to easily find your safe code:

Safe codes are unique to your playthrough and it will not be the same for every player. You will need to match the keywords that are mentioned during the recording to the items inside the radio room in order to figure out your own save's code for the safe.

You will only be able to get the safe code after solving the final Radio Recording Puzzle in the safehouse. Complete all the Safehouse Puzzles shown below to reach the final Safehouse Puzzle that rewards you with the safe code for the upstairs safe.

1 | Boiler Room Puzzle: Restore power to the safehouse's secret area by turning on the boiler room generator. Follow the steps below to solve the puzzle: ① Turn the Boiler valve 2 times until the meter reads 0 (until the leaking animation stops). ② Next, turn the Fuel valve 1 time until the meter reads 50. ③ Turn on the Pilot Light. ④ Fill up the Boiler by turning the Boiler valve 2 times again until the meter reads 100. |
2 | Piano Puzzle: Next, head to the piano room to open the entrance to the secret area. Sit down on the piano and play the following sequence to open the door: Mi > Re > Ti > Do > Re. |
3 | Keypad Puzzle: This one is a bit tricky since there is no set solution for it. Instead, here are some tips for solving the puzzle: ① Use the Blacklight to find the the buttons with the most presses. These are guaranteed to be part of the code so input them at least once when you start to decode the puzzle. ② Buttons with fewer presses may or may not be part of the code. Try them out and if they result in a red X, then they are confirmed to be not part of the code. ③ Buttons with lots of presses can appear in the sequence more than once. Those with fewer presses will only appear once. ④ It's okay to fail. You can attempt this puzzle multiple times but do note that the code changes each time you retry. |
4 | Hacking Puzzle: Inside the Mainframe Room, hack the terminal to open the door to the Interrogation Room. Match the Code Word numbers to the Cipher at the bottom of the screen to figure out the word. It will be either one of these 4 words: ① BUNKER ② OPEN ③ HOLDING ④ ROOM |
5 | Lockpick Puzzle: Inside the Interrogation Room will be a locked door leading into the torture chamber. Pick the lock to get the Key you need inside. The lockpick minigame is pretty easy. Rotate the pick until it starts shaking with a white outline. Hold it at this sweet spot to set the pin. Do this for the other 2 pins to open the door. |
6 | Radio Signal Puzzle: Finally, the Radio Signal puzzle is the only thing standing between you and the final Safehouse puzzle. Simply turn the Amplitude and Frequency knobs until the light beside each one turns green to solve the puzzle. |
How to Solve All Safehouse Puzzles
The Safehouse Safe will be tucked away in the upstairs bedroom at the Second Floor of the KGB Safehouse. You'll be able to revisit this upstairs location multiple times throughout the campaign during The Rook filler missions.
How to Find the Safehouse Safe | |

1 | From the main entrance of the Safehouse, head upstairs to the 2nd floor. |
2 | At the top of the stairs, turn left until you see the door near one of the second floor windows. This will be the bedroom with the safe. |
3 | Head inside this bedroom to find the locked safe. |
Completing all the puzzles and opening the safe will reward you with the Case Cracker Knife Blueprint, a $1000 dollars to spend on Perks and safehouse upgrades, as well as the Puzzles, Mason achievement.
