To open the Basement Door that leads into the secret area of the safehouse, you'll first need to solve the piano puzzle. Play the keys Mi, Re, Ti, Do, Re in that specific order to solve the piano puzzle and open the Basement Door.
The Safehouse has two Basement Doors. The first one is hidden and it leads to the secret area of the safehouse. The second is the regular basement door that leads to the Boiler Room Puzzle under the safehouse. This door can be seen from the main hall, just outside the evidence board room.
