Unlock Through Weapon Progression

Handgun Player Level Unlock Akimbo Level Unlock
9mm PM 9mm PM Unlocked by default. Weapon level 30.
Grekhova Grekhova Reach account level 13. Weapon level 32.
GS45 GS45 Reach account level 28. Weapon level 31.
Stryder .22 Stryder .22 Reach account level 40. Weapon level 30.

Akimbo refers to the Akimbo attachment, which are guns that are dual-wielded. Akimbo is available on handguns and are only attached via the handgun's Stock attachment slot.

What is Akimbo?

Dual-Wielded Guns

Akimbo refers to using guns equipped with the Akimbo attachment. This attachment lets you dual-wield guns at the cost of losing ADS ability, leaving you to shoot only from the hip. While using Akimbo, your ADS button serves as the fire button for your right handgun instead.

Akimbo works best at close range, increasing the firepower potential of your weapon. Each gun is fired individually, but they all share the same ammo reserve.

Currently, all handguns in Black Ops 6 are capable of the Akimbo attachment, which is unlocked for each indivdually at the end of their weapon progression level.
