Black Ops 6 - How to Change Name

Changing your name can be done in the Account and Network settings menu in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 (BO6). Learn how to change your name in this guide!

Via the Account and Network Settings Menu

To change your display name, head on over to Account and Network in the Settings menu. Once there, select Activision Account and choose Change Display Name.

Open Settings Menu
Open Settings by selecting the Gear icon on the top right of the main menu.

Account and Network Settings
Next, select Account and Network located at the bottom of the sidebar.

Select Change Display Name
Select Activision Account and then choose Change Display Name.

Change Your Name
Type in the desired name that you want to change into. Changing your display name will use up one Rename Token.

Tokens Required to Change Name

Rename Tokens are required to change your display name and you'll use up one rename token for each time you change it. If you run out of Tokens, you can always get one for free every 6 months.
