The KSV is the best all-around SMG to use for close-range engagement. It is also very accessible since it unlocks at level 7. This SMG is a good choice for run-and-gun and rushing players by virtue of it having naturally good recoil control, fire rate, and mobility .
When choosing attachments, it is best to improve the KSV's recoil control further while also looking to boost its slide-to-fire and sprint-to-fire speeds for a faster response to gunfights during omnimovement.

The PP-919 is a high-capacity SMG that works best in long gunfights and in engaging enemies at mid-range. Its base magazine capacity is 64 rounds and its recoil is easy to control.
Due to it having a high ammo capacity and accuracy, it is also reliable when spraying groups of enemies. Take advantage of its high ammo capacity with Rapid Fire for a faster TTK against groups in close quarters combat.

The Tanto .22 is a unique, slow firing (but hard-hitting) SMG that can kill a target in 3-4 shots (deals 34 torso damage at 10m). It is strong enough at mid range that it can go head-to-head against Assault Rifles and come out on top.
Take advantage of improving the Tanto .22's recoil control and increasing its fire rate with Rapid Fire to contend with other SMGs on the field.
