  1. Unlock the Dark Spine Camo of your chosen weapon.
  2. Unlock the Dark Spine Camo of all 33 weapons in the game.
  3. Complete the Dark Matter Camo challenge tied to your chosen weapon.

To get the Dark Matter Camo, you will have to unlock the Dark Spine Camo of your chosen weapon, as well as the Dark Spine Camo of all 33 weapons in the game. Afterward, complete the challenge tied to that weapon to get the Dark Matter Camo version of it.
