Player Hitzones as revealed in the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Direct.
TTK or Time-to-Kill in BO6 will be affected by player hitzones. Compared to previous games, BO6 is expected to have 9 unique hitzones. Of all hitzones, shots to the head naturally guarantee the shortest of TTK and STK (Shots-to-Kill).
The player health values mentioned for the TTK during the CODNext Global Weapon Builds section of the showcase is 100 Health. We can expect slightly shorter TTK times this time around for BO6.
TTK will mainly be affected by the Firepower, Accuracy, Mobility, and Handling stats. Gun stats are improved by using different gun attachments that help with the player improve their aim to reach shorter TTK times.
It is best to go with loadouts and attachment setups that fit the playstyle you're going for in BO6 multiplayer. Play as much as you can to unlock attachments first and then experiment with these attachments to build your preferred gun loadout.
In the competitive scene, meta weapons will naturally arise in BO6 as more players experiment over time. Make sure you pay attention to guns that frequently pop-up in your matches since they can point to a possible meta loadout in the Ranked scene.
TTK or Time-To-Kill stands for the time it takes to kill a target. Short TTKs are ideal in any combat situation since it means killing the target before they can kill you.
Short TTKs are met by improving your shooting performance with weapon attachments along with practice on picking the best player hitzones (such as headshots).
