This is a guide to the location of the Horseshoe and its upgrade in Citadelle des Morts in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. Learn how to get the Horseshoe and how to upgrade it into the Pegasus' Horseshoe.

Head inside the barn at the west of the map where the Deadshot Daiquiri machine is located and shoot the Horseshoe on top of the door to drop it for pickup. This will show as Otto's Horseshoe.
Afterwards, head back to the central area with the Rampart Cannon and use it to launch yourself to the Town Square. Upon landing, look for a storm cloud and head towards it. Collect the Pegasus' Horseshoe right at the bottom of it.
To upgrade Otto's Horseshoe to the Pegasus' Horseshoe, you will need to use the Rampart Cannon to spawn a storm cloud. After landing, look around the area for the cloud and the Pegasus' Horseshoe will be right under it.
Note that you will need to have progressed to the Oubliette Room and have talked to Krafft first before you can upgrade Otto's Horseshoe.

 Progress the mission until you reach the Oubliette Room in the Undercroft where the Pack-a-Punch machine is unlocked from a crate. |

 Talk to Krafft at the east side of the Undercroft. Afterwards, return to the main entrance. |

 Return to the Rampart Cannon and use it to launch yourself into the Town Square. Make sure that you have Otto's Horseshoe by this point. ⓘ You will know that the upgrade is successful when you get an electrical effect while flying into the Town Square. |

 After landing in the Town Square, look for a storm cloud around the area (location is random). The Pegasus' Horseshoe will be found under it for pickup. ⓘ Note that lightning from the cloud will spawn zombies under it. |
