The ASG-89 is a fast semi-auto shotgun best used for clearing multiple enemies at close quarters. Using buckshots, it is effective against enemies within 5m and will significantly drop off after 10m. With 12 Gauge Slugs, its torso shots will deal around 49 damage at 10m.
Equip the CQB Grip, and Light Stock to improve your movement speeds for sprints, slides, dives, and strafing. Have the Precision Foregrip to improve horizontal recoil control and idle aim sway. Use the Short Barrel for better jump-to-fire speed and jumping ADS speed.
Add the Suppressor to keep yourself off the minimap while firing the weapon, then Tactical Laser for access to Tactical Stance. Finish it off with Rapid Fire to really unload damage. You can use 12 Gauge Shots if you want higher damage, but this will demand more precision from your shots.

You will want to get up close and personal when using shotguns like the ASG-89. An aggressive playstyle with Enforcer-related perks is recommended for this loadout.
Your go-to equipment will be the Stim Shot for quick healing and refreshing tactical sprint, Semtex for your lethal option, and Spring Mines for setting traps in close quarters to catch flankers off guard.
How to Unlock ASG-89
Reach Account Level 31
The ASG-89 is unlocked by reaching Account Level 31. Use Double XP Tokens or participate in Double XP Events to quickly level up your account to level 31.
